• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. We will assist whenever reasonably possible.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Risk Management are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations after purchase. Please review sizing and product information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
